  Autumn paving offers asphalt sealing for commercial, industrial, and residential customers.  All projects are completed on an appointment basis minimizing the disruption to our customers.  We show up on time and clean up when we are finished.  Our experience enables us to make accurate proposals, appropriate product recommendations, and complete every project with expert results. We pride ourselves on exceeding the expectations of our customers.  Sealcoating is the prime deterrent to asphalt deterioration.  A preventative sealcoating schedule (every two or three years) will reduce deterioration and more than double the life of your asphalt pavement.  Unprotected asphalt oxidizes (loose oils and dries out) causing small stones to flake away from the asphalt.  Sealcoating with and asphalt based sealer restores the oils / resins inherent to the properties of asphalt.  Sealcoating is a very cost effective way to protect your investment.

Sealcoating Process 

• Set-up a confirmed appointment to reduce interruptions to your business.
• Thoroughly clean the asphalt with power edgers , blowers, and wire brooms.
• Apply a customized asphalt based sealer containing sand and additives specifically designed for the WNY temperatures and climate.
• Sealcoating can be applied manually by squeegee or machine sprayed.
• Re-stripe and install symbols to specifications
• Barrier tape parking lot / driveway to ensure integrity of the job.
